Sizewell B's nuclear reactor has always been a north star for Nodum. The reactor was commissioned in 1995 and produces 1.95 GW of electricity; supplying about 3% of UKs energy needs.
By 2032 we will be the mechanism that allows 200,000 cars and vans onto the UK grid.
For people of a certain generation - and those with an unhealthy 80s obsession, 1.21 GW has meaning. It is the amount of energy that Doc needs to get back to the future in his Delorean.
For us, that number represents something different.
200,000 cars gently discharging onto the grid can provide a similar amount of power to Sizewell B for a period of about four hours...with very little stress being place on the battery.

Nodum will be the physcial layer that enables this to happen - physical assets will help to create a defensible position that helps to maximise the use of our renewable energy resources and drive down the cost for everyone.
